For all those out there who make veal stock

And i guess for all those that don't too.
A few roasting pans full of veal bones. With enough marrow bones for a fabulous mid morning kitchen treat.

Grill some bread, Pick some parsley, slice shallots, grab the capers and have fleur de sel at easy reach.

Cover me lads, i'm going in.
